    1. Ensure details given in the application form are accurate and in accordance with your Form B issued by NADRA.
    2. The photograph must be latest and duly attested by the Principal/Headmaster of the last School/College attended.
    3. Attach Bank draft of RS 2,000/- with the application form as registration fee. The draft should be in the name of “Principal
    Cadet College Kallar Kahar”, to be drawn on MCB Kallar Kahar (Branch Code 0626) or NBP Chakora Branch Kallar
    Kahar (Branch Code 1885).
    4. Application Form must be sent through Post / any Courier Service and addressed to “Principal Cadet College Kallar Kahar
    District Chakwal”
