RESERVATION TERMS & POLICIES

GENERAL TERMS
1. Check-in: 02:00 PM
2. Check-out: 11:00 AM
3. Weekend tariff applicable on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
4. Weekend rates would be applicable on the blackout dates that fall on a weekday
5. Early Check In & Late Check out would attract an extra charge of an additional
night
6. The tariff is in Indian Rupees (INR)
7. Outside food and liquor is strictly not permitted
8. When you visit us, don't forget to carry your trekking shoes and swim wear –
you will be more comfort- able with your own
9. We reserve the right to cancel /modify the reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged
in fraudulent or inappropriate activity
10. All disputes are subject to Krishnagiri jurisdiction

CHECK-IN DOCUMENTATION
INDIAN NATIONALS
As per Govt. regulations, all Indian nationals are required to provide a proof of identity in such as Driving
License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card or Passport, at the time of check–in
FOREIGN NATIONALS
All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check in

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


1. Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled, or cut short only if intimation via email reaches the
company 30 days prior to the check in date
2. Refund would be initiated after deducting the administrative charge of 10%, of the refund amount
Refund process could take between 15-90 working days
3. No refund is applicable for no show
4. Full retention would be applicable if any amendment, postponement, or cancellation is
initiated during the last 30 days of arrival (excluding the check in date)

PAYMENT POLICY
1. Subsequent to your enquiry; we would require 50% of the total package value, to secure the
reservation.
2. Confirmation of the reservation is subject to the receipt of the complete package value, on or before
the cut-off date
3. In case the payment declines, it would be marked as invalid, and the reservation would be moved to
waitlist/cancelled

OCCUPANCY POLICY
1. Occupancy above 03 adults in an accommodation, is strictly not permitted
2. 03 adults with 01 child of age 06 to 12 years are permitted - Mattress will be provided for the extra
adult and the 01 child share the parent’s bed
3. 02 adults with 02 children of age 06 to 12 years are permitted - Mattress will be provided for 01
child whereas the 2nd child shares the parent’s bed
4. ID and Age proof of children to be provide by the guests, at the time of check-in
GROUP RESERVATION POLICY
1. Group Reservation done on weekends or on blackout dates may be confirmed, only if the reservation is
for a minimum of 2 nights and above
2. Exclusivity of venues may be confirmed, only if the entire resort is booked for the respective
group In case of any reduction in the minimum guaranteed package value as stated in the
confirmation, the minimum guaranteed package value will be charged
3. In case of an increase in the minimum guaranteed package value as stated in the confirmation, the
actual (increased) package value will be charged
4. Any other extras which are not a part of the package as stated in the confirmation, would be
considered as extras. All extras must be settled at the resort before checking out via cash, debit, or
credit card (visa/master) by the individuals
5. No welcome signage, banner, or standees would be displayed in common areas without seeking
prior permission from the PUSHPAM Management.
6. The client is liable for any damages caused to the property or equipment, by the client or by the client’s
Guests
7. DUG House will not accept liability for any damage or loss of merchandise left in the resort
8. DUG House does not provide a storage facility for goods brought from outside the resort
9. Any activity such as hammering, cutting, banging and music in public areas, that may cause
disturbance to other clients is strictly not allowed
10. DJ/loud music is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM strictly
11. The Bar & Restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, no service would be provided beyond 10:00 PM strictly
Drone Photography is not permitted unless prior legal permission is taken from local police
station
12. Drone Photography is permitted only to cover the event and not the hills and landscape around the
resort as we fall under ATC Zone.
13. Firecrackers are strictly not allowed as we fall under the forest zone
14. The client has to take prior permission for any work that would involve nailing, digging, or decorating
the place with wires
15. Event crew members are strictly not permitted to loiter/sleep in the property, they have to maintain
the decorum (smoking, spitting, or talking in loud voice is strictly prohibited)
16. Resort will provide electricity load up to 5KVA. In case there is a requirement beyond 5KVA (up to
20KVA max), then the resort would provide the requirement at a charge of INR 30000 for every 3
hours
17. No decoration /stage/ramp is permitted inside the swimming pool
18. Heavy Vehicles are not permitted inside the resort, only light commercial vehicles (4x4 wheel drive
vehicles) would be permitted to enter the resort
19. All decoration arrangements must be prepared in the duly assigned areas, then shifted to the event
zone. All decoration material pre and post event should be stacked in the dedicated area allotted by
the management of the resort
20. All waste materials pre or post the event, must be discarded immediately. The Event Management
Company would be completely responsible to ensure there is no delay in actioning the same
21. The waste materials have to be disposed at the government permitted areas strictly, that is outside the
resort
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

"DUG HOUSE” shall not be responsible for its inability to perform its contractual obligations arising due
force majeure events such as –
Act-of-God (natural disasters such as tsunami, floods, landslides, earthquakes, volcanoes, or
sudden death)
Any local or national emergencies
Civil disorder (riots)
Epidemic & Pandemic
Curtailment of transportation and airport operations
Any Exceptional and catastrophic event
Act of terrorism or crime
Other act which are beyond control of DUG HOUSE or declared by the Government as
Force Majeure event
Further in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘DUG HOUSE’ shall not charge retention for that part of the
reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
However, ‘DUG HOUSE’ shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is
valid till the claim-by-date defined by DUG HOUSE. The client will not be entitled to
make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
