that adults can because their cognitive functioning isn’t fully developed. Hence, They don’t feel
anything when their fear reactions become irrational; they know nothing but what they are
feeling.

begins causing chronically negative issues such as eating, sleepiness, sadness, developing
unexplained illnesses like headaches, frequent nightmares, and constant restlessness. The worst

happen without any identifiable cause. However, the anxiety in kids is certainly treatable as well

teachers, relatives, or other people involved with the kid’s life. Moreover, over the past decades,

time in their life. Anxiety only comes out when kids feel they are in danger, and need to get

Medications especially antidepressants are recommended for kids with anxiety because
recognizing its signs and symptoms for them is a difficult option. Moreover, multiple
psychological therapies are also recommended and one of them known as Cognitive-behavioral
therapy (CBT), is the most effective solution for anxious kids however many people don’t know
about it due to lack of awareness. Many psychiatrists and researchers quoted that anxious kids
who are struggling, not feeling safe at home, and get bullied a lot can act like terrorists at school.
This is the riskiest concern as well as immediate help is necessary to get.
Thus, give kids awareness and solutions so that they may handle anxiety. Suppose, a teacher
develops a relationship with a kid to find out what’s exactly going on, she can give tools to
handle anxiety which can calm them themselves down. Additionally, a teacher spends almost a
half day so it’s pretty easy for her to recognize what’s exactly provoking in a kid's behavior.
Parents also need to teach their kids to do breathing exercises so when a kid’s mind begins to
wander, focus on breathing.

convince your kid to use the brain protectively calm in uncomfortable situations and avoid
troubles. All positive help is necessary to treat that, to get the anxiety in kids under control
before severity, and keep practicing to remain relaxed.
