P.S.: The minimal cost for physical training including logistics is #250,000. This cost
however is dependent on the duration of the training and is for all our courses listed above.
PSM Training
The Professional Scrum Master course demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Scrum and
the ability to apply it in real-world situations. The PSM certification is recognized globally by
those interested in facilitating Scrum and Agile practices in their organization or on projects or
even at the workplace. With the PSM certification, you can apply for job roles such as Scrum
Master or Agile coach.
ASPRO Business Solutions' training program is designed to give you the very best Scrum

RISK MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Risks present challenges. Unmanaged, they can result in delays, expenses, missed objectives,
and even project failure. But managed well they can offer a competitive advantage and even
opportunities. Risk management is an essential aspect of all organizational activities. This course
is designed to enhance the participants’ skills and competencies in risk management practices.
The program is designed to look at how to manage risks at an enterprise level and how these
risks translate into Portfolio, Program, Project, and Operational domains. Participants will be
provided with tools and techniques that encompass risk management processes and activities
such as developing a risk management strategy, risk response planning, qualitative and

PRIMAVERA P6
The Primavera P6 Professional training helps participants understand and execute a complete
project life cycle, from planning to implementation.
This course is aimed at project managers and schedulers who want to utilize project management
software to increase performance levels.
By taking this course you can earn 21 PMI PDUs in line with the PMP credential.
This Primavera course is conducted on P6 Professional, which is a Windows-based client/server
application. This training is highly recommended for business analysts, functional implementers,
end users, and existing project managers who wish to make the most of their ambitious projects.

Key Accomplishments:
In 2015 we had the privilege to train 100 MTN Staff in corporate training over a period of 6
weeks in the PMP Project Management course.
In 2019, we had the privilege to train NAPIMS-NNPC Staff and Managers in PMP onsite in
Dubai.
We have also trained professionals in Dublin, the UK, Canada, the US, Australia, South Africa,
Ethiopia, Kenya, Iran Saudi Arabia, and Abu Dhabi for the PMP training over Zoom.
