LETTER OF APPRECIATION

Dear Self,

I appreciate how long you've gotten so far, there are still many troubles that we will face
in the future, and I hope you'll keep fighting to pursue our dreams. I know it would be hard for us
since there are still things that we find it hard to overcome, yet you would do anything to make it
possible. I'm so proud of having reached this far, we are close yet so far on our dreams. There are
still many chapters we need to write for us to find our happy ending, so I hope you won't get
bored and tired in writing about our adventures in life. I treasure all the things that we are able to
attain in our life, even the smallest things seem so special to us. I hope you won't give up; your
strength and courage will help us to keep pursuing the things that we wanted. I acknowledge you
for being patient and calm despite having to face our difficulties alone. I appreciate everything
you do; I appreciate you and care for you.

EXPLANATION:

My drawing is about myself, this is the time that I was still innocent and unaware about
the world, it was beautiful and memorable. As the years went by, I realized that happiness isn't
the only thing we can feel, there can be jealousy, anger, greed, etc. In my drawing, it was me
getting matured and the sunflowers symbolize unwavering faith and unconditional love. I believe
that anything that is impossible is possible if we make an effort to do it. Sunflowers also meant
growth; I believe that something grows within me as the day goes by. This drawing shows that I
am worthy and amazing.
