III. Main Performance Characteristics
1. Chamber Door
1) Automatic lifting, opening and closing, inflatable pressure driving sealing ring to achieve
automatic sealing.
2) Double-door passageway type, with pressure safety interlock, liquid procedure with
temperature safety interlock, double-door interlock to ensure the effective isolation between the
inspection packaging and sterilization area and the sterile storage area.
3) * Brand new high tear resistant silicone rubber material round hollow door sealing gasket.
Surface of gasket is parilin-cladding treated, wear-resistant and smooth, with better sealing
effect and longer service life up to 1500 cycles. Sealing gasket is perfectly fitted with the side
wall of the sealing groove, the leakage probability of the compressed air in the sealing groove to
the chamber is reduced, thus ensuring the sterilization performance.
2. Pressure Vessel (Main Body and Door)
1) *Horizontal sterilization chamber, rectangular cross section, European-style ring stiffener
jacketed structure, a unique combination of inner shell and the annular jacketed structure to
enhance the strength and stiffness, compared with the integral jacket carrying capacity is strong,
the stress concentration is low, especially under the pulsating cyclic pressure and temperature
load carrying capacity, with more spare container fatigue life is longer.
2) There is a certain degree of inclination on the bottom of the chamber to ensure the discharge of
condensed water in the chamber;
3) S30408 stainless steel is optional for the materials in contact with steam, such as Chamber and
door plate, 316L or S30408 stainless steel, S30408 stainless steel for the front teeth and the
main baffle, S30408 stainless steel for the jacket, S30408 is optional for the special materials of
high-quality S30408 or Q245R pressure vessel
4) * Sealing groove structure: the sealing groove is directly welded on the annular jacket at both
ends (GETINGE structure), which avoids the problem of cracks in the circular arc of the whole
flange structure caused by too much rigidity, and the jacket is close to the two end faces, with
good drying effect.
5) * Plasma automatic welding process is adopted for the longitudinal seam of the inner tank, and
jacket robot is adopted for automatic welding. After welding, vibration aging stress removal
treatment is adopted to eliminate the welding stress, which effectively improves the structural
stability and performance of the main body and door components
6) The inner tank and the door surface are highly corrosion-resistant with Ra0.6 after mechanical
mirror polishing.
3. * Imported Siemens PLC and color touch screen, the whole process is controlled by automatic
program, and the running process, temperature, pressure and time parameters are displayed
automatically. Meanwhile, the running curves of jacket and chamber temperature and pressure are
displayed automatically.
4. With the communication interface connected with the quality traceability system of the disinfection
supply center, the software communication protocol connected with the traceability system is
provided free of charge.
5. It is equipped with sterilization procedures such as fabric, instrument, lumen instrument, implant
instrument, rubber, liquid, gravity procedure, rapid procedure, custom procedure, BD test, lumen
PCD test, vacuum leak test and other test procedures, as well as manual control procedures, drying
and other auxiliary procedures. The custom program can change the working parameters according
to the actual situation.
6. *Pulsating vacuum process: 3 times of negative pressure pulsation, 1 time of cross pressure
pulsation, 1~3 times of positive pressure pulsation, compared with the traditional 3 times of cross
pressure pulsation:
1) With the exhaust indoor air volume reaching 99.99%, the load temperature penetrates quickly;
2) It reduces the pressure alternating load and improves the fatigue life of the equipment;
3) Low load humidification and good drying effect in the pulsating heating stage
4) Flash drying technology enables the water in the sterilized articles to be quickly
vacuum-pumped out of the bag after flash evaporation, so as to dry quickly and thoroughly.
7. Real-time printing process data through the built-in miniature needle printer, which is inconvenient to
save the printing record for a long time due to the thermal printer. Print out the sterilizer's
temperature, pressure, sterilization items, sterilization time and operator.
8. * Intelligent maintenance system(optional):
Equipped with remote monitoring and maintenance modules, it can realize remote monitoring and
remote software upgrading of equipment operation, upload operation data to Aliyun, and receive
equipment operation data anytime and anywhere. Automatic statistics of the use of parts and the
detection of the status of parts, timely warning of maintenance information to the user, including door
ring replacement tips, air filter replacement tips, door lifting mechanism lubrication maintenance tips,
filter cleaning and maintenance tips.
9. Independent steam inlet design can be selected for the inner chamber. The steam does not go
through the jacket, so as to avoid the contamination and sterilization of the jacket carbon steel, and
avoid the influence of the jacket pressure drop on the drying effect.
10. * Pipeline system: 304 stainless steel sanitary pipeline, clamp connection, all welds are welded by
automatic pipe welder; Main control valves are imported German Gamu Angle valve and Japan
SMC solenoid valve, pneumatic valve trouble-free action life ≥ 4 million times; SPECK direct water
ring vacuum pump imported from Germany.
11. * Water saving and noise reduction system is optional, which can reduce the consumption of
circulating water of vacuum pump by 30% and reduce the noise of vacuum pump.
12. * Pipe insulation: in accordance with the requirements of GB8599-2008 standard 5.5, both
high-temperature pipes and low-temperature cold water pipes shall be insulated with fluorine-free
environmental insulation materials. The surface color of high-temperature pipes shall be red to avoid
scald risk of operation and maintenance personnel and reduce steam condensation, which can save
energy and improve sterilization and drying effect. Low temperature cold water pipe insulation
surface color blue, to avoid cold water pipe surface condensation dripping,
13. * Automatic hydrophobic device, jacket and chamber are installed with automatic control
hydrophobic device, automatic program control, automatic detection of jacket and chamber
temperature and pressure, automatic hydrophobic, to ensure the steam saturation.
14. Equipped with automatic regulation system of drainage temperature, the drainage temperature is
≤55°C.
15. Air filter: the filtration accuracy is ≤0.22 micron, and the sterilization rate reaches 99.97%.
16. Exterior decoration cover adopts mirror sandblasting anti-fingerprint 304 stainless steel, compared
with brushed stainless steel, which has a silver-white metallic luster on the surface and is easy to
clean.
17. Safety devices and alarm systems
1) Door safety interlock device:
With a pressure safety interlock device, under normal working conditions when the door is not
locked, the steam cannot enter the chamber, the program cannot start; Open the door only if
the chamber pressure is fully released.
The liquid procedure has a temperature door safety interlock, sterilization liquid, only indoor
liquid temperature to liquid standard boiling point -20°C condition, can open the door, to avoid
high temperature liquid rapid cooling caused by liquid container explosion.
With double door interlock function to ensure the effective isolation of inspection packaging and
sterilization area and sterile goods storage area.
Doors with inflatable or pressure-driven sealing gaskets meet the requirements of GB4793.4
7.102. Doors sealed by inflatable or pressure-driven gaskets in the sterilizer are equipped with
pressure monitoring devices. When the sealing pressure of the door is reduced to less than the
minimum pressure specified by the manufacturer, it can be ensured that: a) the operation cycle
is terminated; b) there is a visual or auditory alarm signal to indicate the fault; c) keep the door
closed; d) prevent steam, water or air from entering the pressure chamber;
2) Automatic protection and alarm function of overpressure:
The pressure control of the sandwich layer, the chamber and the evaporator (if any) adopts the
intelligent control of the imported brand simulated pressure transmitter, without manual
adjustable mechanical pressure switch, real-time detection and collection of pressure data,
automatic protection and alarm of overpressure;
3) The jacket, sterilization chamber and evaporator (if any) are all equipped with safety valve. If
the safety valve exceeds the safety opening pressure, it will automatically open and relieve
pressure.
4) Ultra-mild and low-temperature alarm function: the temperature control of the chamber adopts
grade A precision PT100, which can collect temperature data in real time, automatically protect
and alarm the temperature exceeding the set temperature, and automatically protect and alarm
the temperature below the set sterilization temperature;
5) Low pressure alarm of compressed air: pressure switch is installed to detect the pressure of
compressed air. The pressure is lower than 0.4mpa and the alarm is automatic;
6) The evaporator (if any) has the function of electric heat pipe anti-dry burning alarm.
