1. “All contracts are agreements, but all agreements are not contracts”. Explain. Also 10
point out the essential elements needed for a valid Contract

2. What do you understand by the term free consent? Point out the difference between 10
fraud and misrepresentation?

3. Explain the position of agreement with a minor with reference to important case 10
laws. Can a person of an unsound mind enter into a contract? Justify your answer.

4. Define the term Quasi contract. Discuss the circumstances under which such contract 10
comes into existence.

5. Explain the term Consideration and state the exceptions to the role No Consideration, 10
No Contract.

6. Explain the essential elements for a valid offer and acceptance. Also sketch out the 10
provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, in relation to the revocation of offer and
acceptance.

7. Write short notes on any two of the following 5×2 = 10

(a) Privity of Contract
(b) Mistake of fact and law
(c) Doctrine of frustration
(d) Various kinds of offer.
