    Petitioner takes no step. 
    Today is fixed for report of the Mediator. 
    Mediator’s report has received wherefrom it appears that the case has 
    not been settled due to absence of parties. 
    Ld. Advocate for the respondent files a petition praying for time for 
    filing W.S. on the ground stated therein. 
    It appears from the record that the respondent has already been filed 
    W.S. on 2.11.2019. 
    Hence, the petition for time as prayed for by the ld. Advocate for the 
    respondent is a vague one and cannot be entertained. 
    None appears for the petitioner till 4.00 p.m. 
    Hence, the petitioner is directed to show cause as to why the suit shall 
    not be dismissed.
    To 10.5.2023 for filing show cause by the petitioner.
