even though my typewriter is an old model, it works quite well except for one key. Keys that function
well enough. But just one key not working makes a difference. Sometimes, it seems to me that our
group is somewhat like my typewriter. Not all the keys are working properly. You may say “well, I am
only one person. It won’t make much difference. But you say. The group to be effective needs the active
participation of every person. So the next time you think you are not important, remember my old
typewrite. You are a key person.

This poem (I also call it the missing E) is about the importance of being part of a group. It shows when
something is missing, things can be not clear or misunderstood. It can be taught with "One at a Time"

In my perspective, each key signifies one’s individual in every group of circles. Likewise, each key has a
definitive function, and just like the key, each person has strengths to contribute. The unity and
completeness make the group function accordingly. Moreover, the message conveys that if one key is
missing or an individual is not participating, it makes a huge difference. When something is missing in
the key, it will be difficult to read and understand what is being presented. Furthermore, it needs to
grasp the change which can be taught one at a time. So, some keys are rarely utilized, just like the letter
X. Likewise, the person may think that he/she is not important to the group. But, if we think beyond our
limitations, we can actually make a thing impossible to possible, as well as the unreadable message
becomes readable. Therefore, teamwork makes the wholeness of the team which later results to come
up with creativeness, thus each individual is important to work the success of the group.
