The document contains a template for tracking quest attempts in a campaign. For each quest attempt, it prompts the user to fill in the quest number, attempt number, whether the heroes won or lost, conquest tokens remaining, and how well the overlord was played (low, medium, or high mistakes). Short notes can also be included to provide additional context. The template will help evaluate quest difficulty and balance future attempts, avoiding human errors impacting the results.

Attempt: If this is the first attempt at the quest, write 1st. If heroes failed before and trying again, write 2nd Win/Loss: Write if the heroes Won, or if the Heroes lost. Conquest tokens: Write the number of conquest tokens left if the heroes won, this includes the tokens gained after winning the quest (usually 4) This will determine if a quest needs to be harder. Overlord Play: write "low" if you feel you made little mistakes as overlord. Write "high" if you made many mistakes that led to hero's victory. This will help avoid human error when balancing quests.
