    Create a list of ten strengths that you currently possess. If you need help creating your
    list, ask your friends or family what they believe you are good at doing. Think about
    what achievements you have accomplished, what compliments you have received, and
    what people say about you. what compliments you have received, and what people say
    about you. The answers to these questions will help you identify your strengths
    • Create a list of ideas that build off your strengths or are related to your
    strengths.
