Out of the four proclamations (Universal Savior, The Christ, God among us, and Lord) about
Jesus, I really can’t choose one for all of them have a connection with one another. First, Jesus is the
Christ, as He is the anointed one where we believed Him to be the messiah, which was stated in the
Hebrew Bible and Old Testament. With this arrival, he became Jesus as God among us, for He seeks
God's blessing on everything he does, should do, or will do. He performed numerous miracles using
God's power and demonstrated them to humanity. God was with and among us demonstrating His glory
through His son Jesus Christ. Third, Jesus became our universal savior by sacrificing Himself in order to
save us from our sins. His death and resurrection demonstrate that He is the promised savior of the
world. We were saved from eternal damnation and given the hope of salvation as a result of His death.
Finally, Jesus is Lord because He is the Almighty, our Creator, and our Savior, and He is the authority in
our lives that reflects His position in our lives in terms of our priorities, decision making, and our faith.

In conclusion, all of those proclamations about Jesus, describes who He is in our lives. He is not
just one thing for He is everything to us.

Why do you think Jesus use parables to proclaim the Kingdom of God?

Parables are stories with heavenly meanings that are used to communicate truth in a
memorable way. Jesus used parables to convey His message so that His listeners could gain a deeper
understanding of the proclamation of God's Kingdom and be enlightened rather than confused. He used
them to illustrate the mysteries of God's Kingdom, allowing us to gain deeper insights into Christ and the
Kingdom of God, as well as a better understanding of the spiritual realm. The parables were not only
used by Jesus to help us understand the Kingdom of God, but also to help us understand God himself,
with a wonderful image of Him as our Father presented by Jesus.

Parables have a mysterious quality to them, requiring the listener to ponder them in order to
fully comprehend their meaning. Aside from what I've mentioned above, the parables also illustrate the
truth, imply the basic humility we should have, emphasize the importance of being open to God's
goodness rather than having to depend on our own resources, putting our knowledge and wisdom to
use, and opening our hearts to everyone if we're to be a part of the Kingdom, and that God will treat us
the way we handle others.

To summarize, Jesus uses parables to proclaim God's Kingdom, not only to gain a better
understanding of God and His Kingdom, but also to teach us lessons that we must apply in our lives, with
God as our king and His will being carried out on Earth.
