Dear Ms. Flo,

Good day!

I am writing to inform your good office on my current situation. My mother, with compromised
and delicate condition passed away last Friday, 14 th of May 2021. We were only three in the family
remaining, so as to these days my time to move things around from the wake to the day of burial is
needed. We are currently hard up of the situation.

With this I would like to ask for a leave if ever possible and granted.
