studying in _____ semester (during Summer 2023 session) wish to state the following.

1. I was advised by Sri N. Satyanarayana Sir, course coordinator of Advanced Mining Geology
that my attendance was inadequate (less than 75%) and I am likely to awarded ‘W” grade in
Advanced Mining Geology subject.
2. Sir, I admit that due to unforeseen situations, I could not attend classes of Advanced Mining
Geology to the extent of 75% of total classes held during the semester and I feel guilty of the
same.
3. I apologise for this act of mine. Sir, this is my final semester to get graduated. I promise that
this will not happen again. I will put more efforts in the best way for a better progress
towards achieving my goals.
4. May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to allow me to write my end
semester examinations.

In view, of above Sir, I may be pardoned for this time and Sir please do not award me “W”
grade. I promise that I will do better in the coming end semester exams. I once again promise that I
will be regular and punctual in life. If I am found guilty in any means, I may be punished as the rules
of the Institute.
