Subject; CONDITION REPORT ON URGENT ELECTRICAL URM WORKS TO EMQ # 124,
TENANT : CAPT KILALA

We have been engaged to carry out urgent work upon receiving the offer letter dated 09 th
February 2015.We have identified some problems to repair and maintain the electrical lines
and switches .We find out that the main supply lines has not supplying power to the house.
The licensed electricians are not allowed to work on a main supply line, therefore we have to
laias with the PNG POWER to inspect the main supply line to let the power flow through.
The PNG POWER came and found out that the main pole fuse has been blown up which they
need to replace new one .Once when they fitted the new fuse the power started to flow over
to the house. But there we have encounted some more problems such as burnt cable
lines ,damaged circuit breakers, all switches and light bulbs and fans were also rust and
damaged. We have bought all new required items and complete the whole task under my
supervision and satisfaction as a licensed electrician. (lic. No.2857 )
