1. Do customers' relational attributes surface in transaction exchange in financial services?

- Customer relationship qualities can surface during transaction exchange in the financial services
industry. Customers of financial services may do a variety of activities including account opening,
loan applications, money deposits, and withdrawals. Customers' relationship qualities may appear
in a variety of ways during these exchanges. For Example, Customers who trust the financial
institution may be more inclined to purchase its goods or services, whilst those who don't may be
cautious of making purchases.

2. As a customer, what is your subjective view of the way banks deal with their customers? Do
you think it has an effect on the customer savings behavior?

- Depending on the bank's rules, methods, and level of customer service, how banks interact with
their clients could vary. Customers often expect banks to give easy and dependable services,
immediately address their questions or concerns, and charge reasonable rates and fees.
Customers who feel mistreated or misled may stop using the banking system or switch to another
provider, which may have an impact on how much they save. Prioritizing the needs of their clients
and making sure that their business actions comply with ethical standards are important for
banks.
