In Year 2003, due to extra demand for Insulation panel, agreement had been made with an Italian Company " Puma" for the supply and installation of machinery and equipment to meet the target of production 300,000 m?. - In Year 2005 the machinery and equipment was installed and start production in August from the same year. - In Year 2006 the agreement had been made with same company for extension of production line and increase the production capacity, modification of profile and installation of Highly technical modern system for cooling and wrappering of the panels. - The extension had been made and was ready for production from 15/09/2007 with a new capacity of production 1,000,000 m?. PRODUCTION: The factory produces insulation panels with polyurethane foam used in cold room and stores and they are of different kinds. 1. Cam lock Pan These are the panel having both outer skins of Galvanized prepainted steel coated with special foam back able epoxy from inside the having three coat externally consisting of a coat of epoxy and two coats of paint of authorized colour. This paint having property of resistance against environmental effects likeSANDWICH PANEL FACTORY =, iii, i rust, humidity etc. and are guaranteed for the period of 10 years providing no scratches. The special galvanized anti rust locks are fixed. They assure the tightly joining of Wall, roof and floor panel of cold rooms . The Panel with this system are available in many thickness like 75mm/100mm/125mm/150mm. 2. Male/Female System : These panels are also consisting of outer skins of pre painted galvanized steel having epoxy coatings and they are treated in special rollers for giving them enough strength for male/female system. The panel with this joining system does not need lock and therefore decrease the cost of production. These panels are also available in many thicknesses like SOmm/75mm/100mm /125mm/150mm. 3. Corner Panel for Cold Rooms & Stores: These panels consist same pre painted galvanized steel and polyurethane foam and these corner are used to provide additional strength and giving the better looks in all corners with walls. 4. Roof and Walls for Steel Structures and Warehouses: SPF produces Insulation panel with polyurethane core with different thickness including roof corrugated panels with total thickness of 55 mm & 75 mm and walls panels with thickness 50mm/75mm/100mm.SANDWICH PANEL FACTORY iia fi 5. Panels for Prefab Houses: These panels consist of Pre painted steel or wood, as per customer demand, having walls with outer steel skin and inner skin of Wood/plywood/aluminum/stainless steel/ Decorative skin as per customer requirement, also SPF have panel with both side wood to be used as internal partitions, for Toilets and Kitchens. 6. Prefab House: SPF manufactures prefab houses having multiple uses like as offices or accommodation, having living room, toiler and kitchen or may having multiple rooms and toilets. They can be single story as well as double story; can be fixed or mobile as well. These Prefab houses distinguished for there quality, strength, insulation and light weight and they can be used to place on roof of buildings. © Majority of SPF products can be exported after confirming its efficiency in local market, as SPF had exported 500 Prefab houses during year 2006 as they were donated from KSA to Lebanon. * SPF also had exported Prefab house to Sudan for Villas and resorts. * Full cold stores had been exported to Sudan. © Steel Hanger covering panel had been exported to Iraq.
