Reply to cheque bounce notice

INTRODUCTION

Purpose:

After receiving a legal notice for cheque bounce, send a reply to such notice within 15 days. If the
reply is not sent within the specified time period then a legal action can be initiated by the sender in
the court.

Ingredients:

1. Date
2. Name and address of both the parties
3. Details of cheque bounce
4. Accept/deny the reasons of cheque bounce
5. Resolution by the drawer/sender
6. Sign of the sender

That the drawer sincerely apologises for the cheque bounce. It is further stated that cheque bearing

That the drawer has now discharged his debts and therefore call upon you to withdraw the notice.

Option 2:

That the averments made against the drawer are wrong, frivolous and misconceived, hence are
denied. That you have misrepresented the true facts deliberately and concealed its misdeeds and
wrongs.
