3. KTCL tickets cancellation % of refund is based on the time of cancellation and departure time of the KTCL service.
4. Above mentioned conditions is applicable for any partial cancellations of KTCL tickets.
5. Tickets booked on KTCL website will be allowed for cancellation on KTCL counter and cancellation norms will be applicable.
6. If the KTCL service is cancelled for operational reasons, Full refund will be given to the passengers.
7. If a passenger has lost the eTicket copy of the same can be printed by logging on to www.goakadamba.com.
8. Compulsorily you have to produce Electronic Ticket Printout (or) Email Copy of the Ticket at the time of boarding.
