1.2 Integration

The Integration with the Sales Department when Ever there is Loading that has been taking Place

2 Justification
Since GASCO is Moving from Oracle to SAP, GASCO Team Requires similar Report to be Developed in
the NATVE SAP GUI in ALV Format.

3 Functional Description
Since GASCO is Performing the Transaction on a Daily basis for the production , Issue and Loading
along with the Planning , the Report will provide a Comprehensive view for the Plan Vs Actual along
with the Loading Data , with the PDF Output , so that GASCO Team can Send this PDF to Various
Other Department Outside the GASCO Organization.

4 Frequency and Timing

The Transaction Volume of Generating ALV Report and PDF Print Will be Done on a Daily basis

5 Dependencies
The Data Should be Available in the Data base of the Loading and Production in Order to Generate
the Data in the Tabular Format.

6 Validation Criteria
The Data Must be matching the Actual data Posted By the GASCO PRP Team.
7 Functional Design
The Functional Design is Expected to be in the Form of Module Pool where in the GASCO User will be
able to View Multiple Data in a Single Screen
