Adelma State

The last month, I visited Adelma State with my classmates for the
wine language course, it was an amazing experience thanks to the
welcome that Facundo Solustri gave us and to the nice atmosphere
that was there.
Adelma is located in Tupungato, Mendoza, home of large vineyards
and amazing wines. The combination of warm and frequent chilly
nights and alluvial clay with sand and rocky soils creates an
awesome environment for the production of wines like, Cabernet,
Malbec, Sauvignon Syrah and more.
The place is not difficult to found, you can see a big a great and
beautiful entrance that has the name of Aldema State. The buildings
there are moderns and very maintained, it offers a nice view. The
main attractive focuses in the landscape, on the east, you can see all
the extention of grapes wines and a beautiful sky.
All the people on the staff were really kind, and on the tasting we aet
tow delicious empanadas and 3 kinds of wine: Malbec (Capitan)
Cabernet Sauvignon (Antipax) and a mixture of 5 different wines, I
didn’t remember the name. The quality of all the wines was really
good and the empanadas was so tasting.
