1 Enter the following details:-  This maintenance plan
is scheduled to trigger
 The maintenance plan name.
Notification.
 The maintenance plan category.

2 Enter the following details:-

 A description of this maintenance plan.
 The cycle of this maintenance.

3 Enter the following details:-  System copies data
from the functional
 The functional location.
location master data.
 The notification type.
 The priority.
 The task list.

4 Enter preferred planning parameter(s).

 The call horizon.
 The scheduling period.
 The start of cycle.

5 Click the Save button to save the maintenance plan.
