INSTRUCTIONS:
1. You will be given a few critical thinking topics as options to choose from.
2. Choose only ONE (1) topic and do some research and prepare your answer based on the topic
chosen.
3. You will be given 5 minutes to present your ideas, arguments, findings, and conclusion
based on the topic.
4. Your options are as follows:
a) Does culture influence our thinking in making decisions in life?
b) Has the use of technology made us more dependent or independent thinkers or both?
c) What is the purpose behind the function of homework in enhancing learning?
d) What does the word “evolution mean in academia and how does it impact students and
teachers in this era?
e) How has technology influenced our understanding of the word being healthy in this era?
f) Should free education be made mandatory in all universities in order to increase literacy in
every citizen?
g) Does the genre of movies influence the way the young think and act in reality?
h) Do the social platforms like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter represent a great mode of
communication to share our ideas and views?
i) How strong is the environment in which the child is nurtured influence the psychological
well-being of a child?
j) In what area should awareness be raised in society to prevent the growing culture of
naivety leading to struggles among the disabled who find it hard to assimilate in a world
