Funds would be released in two equal installments @50% each of the project cost approved herewith. 50% of the approved Project Cost towards Fig installment shall be released after accordance of Administrative Approval and the balance 30% towards 2" installment would be released on receipt of the Utilization Certificate towards at least 70% of Ist installment of funds in proper format of OGER along with a report on progress of the work. 3, Since the required fund is decided to be met out of UNNATI, funds would be sanctioned & released in favour of the concerned ULBs through a separate UNNATI Account as grant which would subsequently be transferred to the Executing Agency of R & B ie Local Executive Engineer of R & B Division within 7 days of receipt of fund by the Executive Officer, Jagatsinghpur Municipality. Hence, Executive Officer, Jagatsinghpur Municipality would take immediate step to provide the Bank Account Details soon after the A/A is accorded for the work, in order to release the 1st instalment. 4, Except passenger amenities no shopping/market complex is allowed under the scheme5, District Collector, Jagatsinghpur need to take periodical review of the construction activities of the Model Bus Terminal, in order to complete the same in scheduled time and to avoid Cost & Time overrun. 6. The District Collector to take appropriate decision and pass necessary orders 50 that the bus terminal to be developed by the H&UD Department need to be under the possession of the ULB concerned for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) as a Civic Facility. 7.
