driver under this policy.
WARNING
If any person for the purpose of
obtaining the grant of any licence to
himself/herself or any other person
knowingly makes any false statement,
or for the purpose of obtaining the issue
of a certificate of insurance or of a
certificate of security under the relevant
law applicable in Great Britain,
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the
Island of Guernsey, the Island of Jersey
and the Island of Alderney, makes any
false statement or withholds any
material information, or fails to make a
fair representation of the facts, he/she
shall be liable to a fine or to
imprisonment or to both.
If you wish to cancel your policy
you should contact your agent in
writing with your request.

4. Limitations as to use.
Social, domestic and pleasure including commuting by the Insured to a permanent place of work. For
the carriage of passengers or goods, including fast food delivery, for hire and reward by prior
appointment only (private hire) provided such use complies with the laws and regulations of the
appropriate licensing authority.
But excluding use for:
Racing competitions, pacemaking, rallies, or use in any contest, reliability or speed trial, or any other
activity which would not ordinarily take place on a road or public place, or use for any purpose in
connection with the motor trade.
I hereby certify that the policy to which this certificate relates satisfies the requirements of the relevant
law applicable in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Island of Guernsey, the Island of
Jersey and the Island of Alderney.
