Consuming Behavior in Purchasing a Pork Chop Rice Meal

Product Information

Introduced as one of the best selling rice meal of a restaurant in Sta. Cruz,

Laguna. This Pork Chop rice meal has 5 stars on its rating. Due to its savory gravy on

top of its large buttered fried pork meat, with side dish sautè mixed veggies and a cup of

rice topped with fried garlic. This caught my attention on purchasing this dish on the

menu. It's attractive and high-quality dish.

Location of the Product

Bought and dine-in this dish on Monte Cafe at Sta. Cruz Laguna. It's a vague

place for those who are seeking satisfying and vintage looking café.
Frequency of Purchase

Purchasing the said product isn't that impulsive. I only purchased it every other

month. If there's only something to celebrate or to treat yourself for.

Primary Consumer

The product usually target working young adult people since it's more likely to be

expensive for some. I just happened to purchase it for its place ambiance and satisfying

flavor of dish. My aunt and uncle also dine-in this dish, as well as some of my friends.

Reason of Purchase

The way they cook their porkchop is not too much, just exact. The gravy gives

balance to the taste of the whole meal, including the mixed veggies. In other way, the

reason of purchasing this product is commonly came from its flavorful attribute and

unique quality of presentation.


Ways of Purchasing the Product

I asked for the menu from the staff, I went to rice meal section, then looked for

the star symbol– this means that it is their best seller, then I told the crew what I would

like to order. They cooked it, served it, and I enjoyed my meal. For billing out, they gave

the receipt and a cash holder to put my payment, then that's it.
