ABOUT ASSESSMENT
Your teacher will explain the assessment process and the assessment schedule and what you must

Assessment Feedback: If you would like additional feedback about your assessment please see

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): All TAFE NSW learners are eligible to apply for Recognition

4. Assessments are to be submitted by the due date and are to include a title page.

2. This assessment is made up of 10 online modules found at. Australian Commission

4. Complete the assessment quiz at the end of each module for which you are required
to achieve 80% or above for each module. You may have more than one attempt to
achieve this.

5. Save a copy of the completion certificates for each module (ten certificates in total).

6. Email these completed certificates to your teacher with a signed cover sheet.

2. Register as a student. Choose the Icon: ‘Catalogue’. Select the icon ‘Infection
Prevention and Control Modules’
3. Complete the ‘Infection Prevention and Control Modules online learning modules 1-
10.
