Oburn life saving - stoves MOZAMBIQUE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This Agreement made this day of 17 April 2023 between BURN MANUFACTURING MOZAMBIQUE LIMITADA, headquartered at Avenida Paulo Samuel Kankhomba, n? 453, the City of Maputo, NUIT No. 401230017 registered at the Legal Entities’ Register under n° 101477665, represented here by DUDUQUE CASTIGO as Manager, with powers for the act, hereinafter referred to as “Assignee” or FIRST CONTRACTOR. and Mozambique, resident at SHEILA NATAL was born on a. fs alg vane in Boi - Vac hdlder of identity Card n2Q5420945269e7and with NuIT ni 4.325962 , hereinafter referred to as SECOND CONTRACTOR. ‘Among the contracting parties this fixed-term employment contract as signed, which will be governed by the following clauses: Clause One (Effectiveness) The first contractor takes over the second contractor as of 8 May 2023. This contract to a probationary period of 90 days according to the law in force. Second Clause (Object) The second contractor is admitted for the category of Field Operations Stock Point Officer to perform with competence and diligence, on the functions and tasks corresponding to the same, the performance with diligence under an exclusive regime, under the authority and direction of the Employer, tasks, and functions assigned to it. The position will report directly to the Field Operations Manager-Mozambique. The employee will perform the following roles. «Last Mile Inventory Management: © Ensure safe, timely & effective flow of inventory in the last mile meeting BURN’s operating procedures and processes consistently. Overseeing stock storage processes including tagging and labelling Report the stock status to the warehouse supervisor on the daily basis. Keep an accurate, up-to-date inventory track to minimize losses and damages. Ensures recovery of lost inventory happens according to processes. Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes. © Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks with support from Field Operations Officer and sales agents. © Forecasting: ‘© Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. ‘©. Placing and receiving orders from the regional warehouse to replenish stocks as needed. * Sales Orders: c Report sales orders (via serial numbers) to the Field Ops Officer on the daily basis, © Aftersales: © Receiving the default product brought back for fixing and communicating resolution timelines to the customer. ‘© Troubleshoot and fix defaulted products and update the relevant reports after resolution. Third Clause (Location) The second contractor will carry out its activity in Gaza Mozambique accepting from now on to be transferred to any other service or establishment, as long as this does not cause serious damage. Fourth Clause (Working Hours) The normal working period of the SECOND CONTRACTOR will be 40 (forty) hours per week and 8 (eight) hours per day. * Fifth Clause (Remuneration) THE SECOND CONTRACTOR will receive a Gross salary of MZN 31,625 (thirty-one thousand six hundred and twenty-five) paid by bank transfer until the 30th of the month to which reports the remuneration. The employee will be deducted the Personal Income Tax, contributions to Social Security, or any other taxes that may be applicable due to the provision of work by the SECOND CONTRACTOR to the FIRST CONTRACTOR. The first contractor will reimburse the second contractor for any work-related transportation costs according to the policies of the organization. Seventh clause (Medical cover) The second contractor will be issued a medical cover for the employee only from Liberty Insurance to use while within Mozambique. Eighth clause (Termination) After the probation period, this contract may be terminated prior to the completion or achievement of the Scope of Work by either party giving 30 days written notice after. Such termination shall not prejudice any other remedy to which the terminating party may be entitled, either by law, in equity, or under this Agreement. If the Second Contractor materially breaches this Agreement and participates in fraud or other malpractice, this Agreement may be terminated with immediate effect by the Company. Nineth clause (lustification) This contract is justified by the exponential increase in the volume of one-off projects, which determines the exceptional hiring beyond the FIRST CONTRACTOR activity. Tenth clause (Restraint of Trade) ‘The SECOND CONTRACTOR may not for a period of six (6) months from the date of termination of this contract, whether on his own behalf or on the behalf of any other person, close corporation, partnership or company solicit custom from, deal with or supply any person, close corporation, partnership or company with whom the FIRST CONTRACTOR dealt at any time during his/her employment. This applies to potential clients in which the FIRST CONTRACTOR has shown interest and the SECOND CONTRACTOR is aware of or with whom the FIRST CONTRACTOR was negotiating at the time of the SECOND CONTRACTOR 's employment with ‘the FIRST CONTRACTOR. This limitation of trade is restricted to the nature of the FIRST CONTRACTOR's business, products and services. The restrictions herein may be waived by the FIRST CONTRACTOR at its discretion.
