Representation Letter
By this letter, we certify that MEDENG, LDA company having its principal office at
Rua Jose O. Barbosa, Zona A N°1, Luanda, Angola a representation letter made as
of November 10th,2022 and valid till November 10th, 2023 with no tacit renewal.

IBA RadioPharma Solutions granted to MEDENG, LDA, who accepted, the non-
exclusive right to represent within the Territory (ies) the Products and/or Services
directly to the Customers defined hereafter:

“Project” shall mean Hospital Pedale Luanda, Angola.

“Product(s)” shall mean IBA Products and/or NON-IBA Products.

“IBA Products” shall mean the equipment manufactured by IBA and listed below:
- Cyclone ® KIUBE (100, 150, 180, 300) Cyclotron including PET target
systems
- ® Module and Synthera® HPLC
Synthera
- Cyclone® KEY
For the avoidance of doubt, IBA Products do not include the Cyclone ® 70 Cyclotron.
“NON-IBA Products” shall mean the equipment manufactured by IBA Sub-
contractors and sold by IBA.

“Services” shall mean IBA Services and/or NON-IBA Services.

“IBA Services” shall mean the services listed hereunder

- ®
Integralab (Building Design, GMP Support),
- Trainings regarding IBA Products.
For the avoidance of doubt, IBA Services do not include the After Sales, Sales of
Upgrades and Maintenance Services regarding IBA Products after the warranty
period.

“NON-IBA Services” shall mean trainings given by IBA sub-contractors regarding

the NON-IBA Products. For the avoidance of doubt, NON-IBA Services do not
include the After Sales, Sales of Upgrades and Maintenance Services regarding
NON-IBA Products after the warranty period.

“Territory (ies)” shall mean Angola.
