Salary Scale for Working as a construction worker: -

Salary is from NZD 24 to NZD 45 per hour depending on thequalification and


working experiences.

Eligibility Requirements: -

- Must have or Certificate / Diploma / Degree orMaster in Related Field.

- Professional Certificate /Technical Certificate also, can use for the application

- Must have at least 5 to 10 years working experience in the same field.

STEP 1 – SELECTION & WORK CONTRACT PROCESS

Process
1. Your side will send the CV of the eligible candidate to me as per request on
the New Zealand Job Placement.

2. Our team will check and validate the CV to notify the eligibility of
the candidates.

3. Then we will send the CV to New Zealand and they will go through further on
the CV and will notify us if the candidate is eligible or not.

4. We will have a zoom meeting with the candidates and will explain in details
about terms and conditions.

5. We will give the contract to the candidate and they need to sign it and pay the
initial payment for starting the process.

6. Candidates will be receiving New Zealand style template and they will prepare
the CV accordingly.

7. New Zealand team will liaise on with the candidates on: -


a) CV Preparation Techniques
b) Interview Techniques
c) Presentation Skills
d) New Zealand Cultural Explanation

8. While New Zealand team focusing on point No.7, they will start contacting the
employer and also start sending the CV to them.

9. Interested employer will contact the candidates for the interview process, and
before the interview process, we will guide them again on techniques of interview.

10. Successful candidates will be offer employment of contract and then will be
entering to next step.

11. Next step is that candidate will be liaise on with the New Zealand migration
consultant on getting work permit at New Zealand Immigration

12. Upon getting the work Permit, candidate will be applying for the visa at New
Zealand embassy at their respective country.

13. Once getting the visa, candidate will fly to New Zealand to start the new job at
New Zealand.

STEP 2: - VISA PROCESS


This process is after candidate get THE Job offer contact from New Zealand. This
process is for obtaining Visa from New Zealand Immigration Visa application process.
