activities for the integration development with the RMS platform. We understand that
the activity is expected to conclude by tomorrow, and we are pleased to inform you that
we have taken note of the same.

We would also like to confirm that we acknowledge the efforts put in by your team for
the above activity. In line with the agreed schedule, we have been informed that the
accounts team would be invoicing until the POST-UAT-PHASE with RMS.

Please note that we appreciate the possibility of reusability of certain elements from the
above development for the new product that we have signed up with. However, we
would need to initiate discussions with the new team before we can comment on the
same.
