General Marketing Practices (based on the same industry/product group category of
your proposed product; you are required to research on this part)
Marketing Mix Strategies (In General)
Product (includes the description of the proposed product and your rationale for
that product)
Price (includes the discussion of pricing scheme used)
Place (includes the discussion of your target market based in the place where
you wanted to put it up)
Promotion (includes advertisements and sales promotion in different media to be
used, sales discounts, bundles and packages)
Current Description of Market or industry
Demand and Supply
Demand and Supply Gap
Analysis of Competitions
Marketing Programs or Strategies (Specific)
Projected Sales

PRODUCTION/OPERATION PLAN

Production/Operation Process and Strategies (includes the recipe and flow charts
from the procurement of raw materials to the selling of the proposed product; and how
you will manage the operation of your business to satisfy your target market or
customers; including your queuing strategy and the like)
Production Capacity and Schedule (is it in a daily basis, weekly, monthly; number of
hours for the production per cycle is needed and the output; determine the maximum
capacity; and adjustments from your demand forecasting)
Labor Requirement (based on your discussion in the job analysis of organizational
plan)
Equipment Requirement (include all equipment to be used in the production/
operation)
Raw Materials Requirement and sources (what raw material needed and how many
will be used in a cycle before projecting based on your production schedule)
Business Location (based on your place discussed in place of your marketing mix
strategies where you will sell your proposed product; area and its layout)
Plant Layout (based on your place, where you will produce your proposed product if it
is different from your business location; area and its layout)

labor requirement)

FINANCIAL PLAN
Total Project Cost (how much is needed to put up the business)
Sources of Funds (where are your funds will come from equity or debt; if combination,
how much and percentage)
Financial Report (your income statement or financial report will be the basis)
