Project Statement: Poor progress in reading and comprehension skills of learners


Project Objectives:

1. To increase the word recognition performance of primary learners at risk in reading Filipino and English.
2. To improve the reading and comprehension skills of the learners.
3. To instill the love of reading among learners.
