6 Financial Agreement

The responsibility for payment of fees rests with individual students.

Tuition Fees
All tuition fees are payable in full, but the University may in some circumstances allow payment by installment. Such installments will take
account of agreement signed by parents or sponsors concerning payment arrangement of tuition fees.
Individual students are personally liable for tuition fees unpaid by parents and/or sponsors.
If any student does not pay the annual tuition fee at the time of registration or by such time as may have been agreed under the installment
agreement, then he or she will not be allowed to attend class or submit assessments.
A student withdrawing from any program me of study on a permanent or temporary basis after the start of his or her program me, will have to pay the
full tuition fees and registration fees even in the case where a payment plan has been agreed to pay in installment, the total amount of
tuition and registration agreed for the payment plan has to be paid in full.
Examination and assessment Fees

Examination and assessment fees are normally included in the annual tuition fees.
Re-examination and re-assessments are not included in the tuition fee and shall be paid separately before the examination or re-assessment date.
A student will not be allowed to submit an assessment or sit an exam if any fees are not paid.

No Degree, Diploma, Certificate or other academic award shall be granted to that person.
Students will not be permitted to register in the next academic year, unless he or she has settled any outstanding fees.
