Bicycle Rental Agreement and Waiver

This Bicycle Rental Agreement and Waiver ("Agreement") is made and entered into between [Renter's
Name] ("Renter") and [Bicycle Rental Company's Name] ("Company").

1. Bicycle Rental: The Company agrees to rent to Renter a bicycle ("Bike") subject to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.

2. Rental Duration: The rental period shall begin on the date and time specified in this Agreement, and
shall end on the date and time also specified in this Agreement. Late returns may be subject to
additional rental fees.

3. Rental Fee: The rental fee for the Bike is as specified in this Agreement. The fee is due and payable at
the time of rental.

4. Acceptable Use: The Bike shall not be used for any commercial purpose, racing, stunt riding, or any
other activity that may damage the Bike. Renter agrees to ride the Bike only on safe and lawful roads or
trails and to obey all traffic laws.

5. Care and Maintenance: Renter shall be responsible for the care and custody of the Bike during the
rental period. Renter shall ensure that the Bike is stored in a safe and secure location when not in use.
Renter agrees to return the Bike to the Company in the same condition as it was when rented, ordinary
wear and tear excepted.

6. Liability Waiver: Renter acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the use of the Bike,
including but not limited to the risks of injury or death. Renter agrees to release the Company, its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from Renter's use of the Bike.

7. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors,
employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Renter's use
of the Bike.
8. Insurance: The Company maintains liability insurance for the Bike. However, Renter is responsible for
any damage or loss to the Bike during the rental period, and Renter may wish to obtain personal
insurance coverage.

9. Damage or Loss: Renter shall notify the Company immediately in the event of any accident, loss, or
damage to the Bike. Renter shall be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the Bike if
damaged or lost during the rental period, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of [State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Renter and the
Company and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or
written.

12. Agreement to Terms: Renter acknowledges having read and understood all of the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to be bound by them.
