    It is important to learn about behavior in organizational settings of various reasons:

    I. Firstly, it is a way of thinking and humanistic orientation.


    II. Secondly, it is the application of scientific studies.
    III. Third, it is performance oriented.
    IV. Finally, it is multidisciplinary.

    More specifically, organizational behavior helps us to address three very important and
    interrelated issues.

    The three level of analysis of organizational behavior fits into the five anchors of organizational
    behavior. The five anchors of organizational behavior are:

     The multiple level of analysis anchor, and

    The open systems anchor,
