Description:
Data Initiative deals with maintaining the Insurance data which is coming from different sources. The project involves
in developing the ETL mappings using BODI to load the data into ES and creating universes on top of ES for projecting
the Agent Master Information. I have worked with SSIS tool to develop the mappings and then worked with BO to
create the universes.
Contribution:
 Configured and developed Data flows from Flat files and Oracle system.

Description:
The breakup for associate compensation is divided into two components - Fixed and variable pay. Variable pay is
calculated based on business rules and business policies. Based on the business rules, associate fall under different
categories and the calculation of variable pay depends on these categories. The variable pay is paid out to close to
existing 30000 associates monthly.

Description:
MPower is a Data warehousing and BI project to bring in information requirements for the Finance department of
Satyam Computers from all internal information systems of Satyam into one single ware house and provide single
interface of information to the users. This mart serves following categories of analysis reports that are used by
respective heads of circles (AIC’s, FIC’s), Finance Department, MD and Chairman of Mahindra Satyam.
Loading Factor, E track, Revenue Analysis, Profitability Analysis, Customer Revenue, Collaboration Revenue, Wins &
loses, Orders in Pipeline, MIS, Budgets Vs Actual Glance, CM Vs PM, Corporate, MOM.
This is to review the Revenues and Expenditures (monthly and YTD basis) of Circles and Sub Circles (project wise &
Customer wise).     

Contribution:
 Extracting, Transforming and Loading the Data from different data sources

time consolidated data & information to the management for effective corporate decision making to the macro level.
