exlain her thoughts
Attaching worth to her body – asked when did it start, what happened during that time to allow
the mindset change

When she asked if she is geered towards it being more negative and positive – could have
worded it different so she could into more depth with her feelings
Ask her how she felt instead of assuming she would be confused about the comments about
her.
When she asked if she wants to follow society’s view on how your body should look like – based
on what she has previousl said the questions should not have been asked.
Able to group the negative thoiughts in a specific word and allowed her to elaborate on that
When was the last time you stood up to the bully? She ahs never stood up to it

Strengths: Therapeutic Relationship Skills (For example, micro-skills, foundational skills, eye
contact, body language, tone, rate of speech, etc).
- You were able to keep eye contact with the client throughout the sessions. As well as your
tone of voice was welcoming and warm.
- You engaged in the use of non-verbal communication such as nodding with the client and it
allowed her to know that you were listening to what she was saying
