HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and executed at the province of Rodriguez,
Rizal, Philippines this 25th day of March 2022, by and between:

MILAFLOR O. TAYAG, of legal age, and with residence address at Blk 4 Lot A10 San
Magila Street Sitio Maislap, Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the LANDLORD.

MR. RICO CASTILLO and MS. JOSEPHINE MUNCADA, spouses of legal ages, and with
residence address at Blk 27 Lot 42 Southville 8, Brgy. San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal hereinafter
referred to as the TENANTS.

WITNESSETH; That

WHEREAS, the LANDLORD is the owner of HOUSE, a residential property situated at Blk
4 Lot A10 San Magila Street Sitio Maislap, Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines;

WHEREAS, the LANDLORD agrees to rent-out the property to the TENANTS and the
TENANTS is willing to rent the same;

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. PURPOSES: That premises hereby rented shall be used exclusively by the TENANTS for
residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other uses. It is hereby expressly
agreed that if at any time the premises are used for other purposes, the LANDLORD shall
have the right to rescind this contract without prejudice to its other rights under the
law.

2. TERM: The term of this rental agreement is for ONE (1) YEAR, from March 25, 2022 to
March 25, 2023 inclusive. Upon its expiration, this agreement may be renewed under
such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by both parties, written
notice of intention to renew the rent shall be served to the LANDLORD not later that
seven (7) days prior to the expiry date of the period herein agreed upon.

3. RENTAL RATE: The monthly rental rate for the rented premises shall be in PESOS: TWO
THOUSAND (₱2,000.00). All rental payments shall be payable to the LANDLORD.
Under this rental agreement, the tenant agrees to rent the above mentioned residence on a
month-to-month basis, with a monthly rental amount of ₱2,000.00. The monthly rent will be
due and payable on the 25th day of each month in full, starting on March 25, 2022.

PAYMENT: The amount of the advance shall be ₱2,000.00 and the amount of the deposit shall
be ₱2,000.00, a total of ₱4,000.00 that is paid on March 25, 2022 and received by Mrs. Milaflor
Tayag.

NOTE: Please be reminded that one month before you leave you can use your deposit of
₱2,000.00.

UTILITIES: Tenants shall be responsible for the payment of the following utilities: Water, and
Electricity. Water will be paid ₱35 pesos per cubic monthly. The Electricity is ₱35 per KWH.

NOTE: Please be reminded that one month before you leave you can use your deposit of
₱1,000.00 in Water and Electricity.

The Tenant acknowledges reading and understanding this agreement and the rental policy that
is part of this agreement. The Tenant’s signature below indicates acceptance of all terms and
conditions of this rental agreement and the rental policy.
