IT INDUSTRY
One of the industries in India that is expanding the fastest is Information
Technology (IT). Information Technology is a large industry in India that
includes consulting, outsourcing, and information technology services. The
business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is a subset of the Information
Technology (IT) industry in India, which also includes the software sector.

India's Information Technology (IT) industry has played a key role in putting
India on the global map. The IT sector in India is a major contributor to the
growth of the Indian economy. The IT industry employed almost 2.8 million
employees in FY 2021.
A set of guidelines and principles governing employee
compensation is known as a pay policy. It makes sure that more
of your salary budget is distributed equally, taking into account
employee performance and achieved goals.

The primary goals of human resources pay policies are to:

nearly 125,000 are in India. Capgemini was founded by Serge Kampf in 1967 as an enterprise management
and data processing company.
