MOTION

COMES NOW ___________ through her attorney moves the Court to amend its opinion
entered in this cause on _______________, 20_____ in order to make specific finding of fact
specially and state separately its conclusions of law thereon, and further moves the Court to
amend its opinion so as to award a judgment granting the permanent custody of ___________ to
___________ subject to the reasonable visitation rights of ___________ and to award
___________ child support from ___________ as provided by law, or in the alternative to grant
a new trial for reasons that the evidence is insufficient to support the conclusions contained in
the opinion and such conclusions are contrary to the overwhelming weight of the evidence.
