Letter of Assurance

Dear Trushi Bhensdadia,

We are happy to have you in our team. You have registered on our website
for the work of Resume Data Assimilation and Segregation. Its an online copy-paste jobwork,
details of which are given on the portal. Please check the instructions and guidelines before
starting the work.

Further, this is to assure you that you will be paid according to the payment slab for each and
every accurate resume data that you submit if the below conditions are satisfied:

1. If the work submitted is equal to or more than 300 resumes.

2. If the work submitted is within the deadline mentioned on the portal.

3. If the work is complete and accurate having accuracy of minimum 50%.

4. Below 50% accuracy, your work will get disqualified. Even if it gets disqualified, you will be
paid a minimum amount of 2/- for every accurate resume that you submit.

Note: The payout will be done only for the accurate resumes and not for the inaccurate
resumes. For e.g. if you submit 700 resumes, out of which 680 are accurate then you will be
paid for the 680 accurate resumes, not for the 20 which are incorrect. Hence, in this
example your payment will be 680*70 = 47600/-
