1. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected educational systems worldwide, leading to the near-total
closures of schools, universities and colleges. As of 15 May 2020, approximately 1.725 billion learners are currently affected due to school closures in response to the pandemic.The suspension of classes are just one of the many interventions, the government implemented. However, the educational system of our country is direly affected by this pandemic. Schools particularly college and universities are severely affected as they follow the new school calendar and the last semester is heavily damaged. Currently, various groups are calling for an early termination of the current semester, with students to be given passing marks automatically.
