• Preparation & review of Control Plan, Process Standard, PFMEA, APQP & PPAP Documents
• Facilitate root cause analysis, fault tree analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
• Ensure supplier quality by process improvement & periodic audit at supplier end.
• To conduct External & Internal Audits during Development Phase at Supplier end to achieve Quality target as per the
Drawing & Specification.
• Co-ordination with Supplier, Customer, Internal All departments for smooth flow of process.
• Conducting Capability Study, Repeatability study for new machines and equipment.
• Supplier QMS development and Supplier selection/Evaluation
• Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)

• Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
