INT. THE APPARTMENT EVENING

A small and slightly shabby apartment in the city. The front door opens to reveal WALLACE, dressed in work clothes and carrying a briefcase. As he enters he stumbles over a pile of magazines, knocking them over. He closes the door behind him as a voice calls out from another room TOM Wallace? Could you come in here for a minute? WALLACE Yeah sure, just a second. Wallace puts down the briefcase and loosens his tie as he walks into the next room. Seated around a small breakfast table are TOM, ANDY and JERRY. They are having a small conversation but stop to look up as WALLACE enters. WALLACE Whats up. TOM Wallace, glad you could make it. Now if you could please take a seat (Tom indicates to an empty seat) WALLACE looks slightly confused as walks over to the seat and sits down. WALLACE (to JERRY) I dont think weve met, Im Wallace. JERRY Jerry.. TOM (interrupts) Now WALLACE, I think we all know why we are here. WALLACE Umm well I cant say that I dTOM (interrupts again) It pains me to have to inform you that we as a group have decided to let you go from your roommate position. WALLACE Wait on... Im not sure that I

understand TOM After much deliberation Andy and I came to the conclusion that it would be better for the group if we replaced you. Jerry will be that replacement. WALLACE Wha- Andy? Did you agree to this? ANDY (very quietly) yes. WALLACE (frantic) Why are you doing this? TOM Well, based on your performance over the past few months, we simply didnt feel that you were capable of fulfilling the duties WALLACE Based on my performance? Whats wrong with my performance? TOM Well, you dont clean up after yourself for a start WALLACE That is not true The camera pans across the room and conjoining kitchen, showing many dirty dishes piled up, more stacks of magazines and a dead plant. Some sort of sauce is smeared along one wall. ANDY shudders and WALLACE looks dumbfounded. WALLACE (stuttering) wh- well surely that cant the only reason. TOM (smugly) Oh not at all, the list goes on. WALLACE Well what about this Jerry guy?! Im way better than him! Ill prove it! Umm... (thinking) oh yeah, you have to admit I make some pretty mean nachos.

TOM Well sure, but(pulls out a picture) this is a picture of the top 24 Master Chef contestants last year (points to picture) whos that there? Wallace squints at the picture, suddenly a look of surprise crosses his face. WALLACE Is tha..? is that Jerry? I admit, that is impressive.. But that cant be the only factor... TOM() Oh not at all... Jerry gets up and walks to the kitchen while Tom continues talking TOM (Cont.) Because of his Master Chef appearance Jerry is now the face of Super-Oxi Multi-Clean. The kitchen is now shown as incredibly white and clean, Jerry is standing in the middle of it holding a container of Super-Oxi Multi-Clean. TOM (Cont.) And he knows how to use it too. WALLACE This is getting ridiculous! Next youll tell me he can juggle. TOM() Well, no... but he did spend 3 years in the circus... WALLACE (exasperated) Fine, get rid of me! I dont even care! Wallace storms out of the room yelling I dont even care! The others turn to look at him leave and then look back at each other TOM

Well that wasnt too hard.

2. EXT. THE STREET EVENING Wallace is shown wandering along a dark street. He is crying and mumbling to himself in a very depressed fashion. Sad music is playing. Wallace finds an alleyway and curls into a ball, crying himself to sleep. 3. EXT. THE STREET MORNING Wallace is woken by his phone ringing. It is now very bright morning. Still upset, Wallace answers his phone. WALLACE Hello? TOM Hey, Wallace, Buddy... listen, Andy and I have been thinking and weve decided that we would like to rehire you as our roommate. WALLACE You really mean it? TOM Of course I mean it pal! Now, come on home, Andy misses you. Wallace is now very happy; he gets up and skips away in the direction of the apartment. 4. INT. THE APPARTMENT MORNING Wallace, Tom and Andy are all sitting around watching TV and eating nachos. Credits are playing at the bottom of the screen WALLACE (eating) You know... You guys never told me what happened to Jerry... TOM Oh Yeah... That guy... yeah... Andy Killed him. Wallace looks at Andy with a shocked look on his face. Andy looks slightly ashamed

WALLACE Andy! You didnt... ANDY ... Yeah... WALLACE Oh Andy, youre such a loose cannon! Everyone chuckles as the credits finish and the screen goes to black.
