Minimum 3 years of HSE Experience

Must be V. Good in English language

Dynamic, confident and willing to perform tasks on own initiative

Experience in audit principal

Very good in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word

Ability to use Internet for resources and research

Job Description

ƒ Has the direct responsibility for enforcement of this Accident

Prevention Plan. He may appoint an assistant to conduct such
Investigations as required.
ƒ Is responsible to verify thye effective implmentation of relevant
manuals, procedures and instructions.
ƒ Is responsible for keeping management apprised of current
occupational safety and health act developments which affects
job site personnel.
ƒ Will accept any specific safety assignment at the directive of the
management
ƒ Is responsible to the Project Manager/Site Manager for carrying
out assigned duties.
ƒ Attends or coordinates with the Supervisors/project Managers for
the Weekly Tool Box Safety meetings
ƒ Is responsible for proper accident reporting, investigation and
distribution. Reporting to SHEQ Regional Section Head on
regular basis as described in the documents and/or forms
ƒ Shall conduct Daily job-site inspections
ƒ Shall ensure that all tools, equipment, cables, plants, projects,
vehicles etc are operating in a safe manner
ƒ Is responsible for maintaining all safety records
ƒ Supervise all Subcontractor’s Safety Requirements
ƒ Hold a daily tool box meeting
