In Pursuance of the order dated 15.04.2023, passed by THIS HON’BLE

COURT OF SH. DEEPAK DABAS, ADJ: ROHINI COURTS in the case
number PC/14/23 title as NEHA MITTAL VS STATE, SH. ARUN
SEHRAWAT was appointed as Local Commissioner to make inventory of
the articles lying in the locker no. 56 with the Canara Bank, Sector-16,
Rohini.

You are hereby informed that in the above-mentioned case as per

the direction of the Hon’ble Court that the manager of the said bank,
Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner or authorized person of the
petitioner or in the presence of Government approved valuer, shall open
the said locker and prepare the inventory of the articles lying in the
locker no. 56 with the Canara Bank, Sector-16, Rohini, as well as the
documents lying in the said locker and the Government approved valuer
shall assess the value of the articles lying in the said locker to which the

inventory is to be made by the Local Commissioner. Copy of order also

annexed with this notice.

You are hereby informed shall be present in person and

Government approved valuer, petitioner, counsel and manager as per
the order of Hon’ble Court vide order dated 15.04.2023 at the
abovementioned address i.e., Canara Bank, Sector-16, Rohini on
02.05.2023 at 10 A.M. positively for further proceeding.
