The people of Osaka love to eat and drink and have an expression along the lines of "Eat until you
burst!" In contrast to the formality of the samurai classes of Tokyo, the merchants of Osaka are more
down-to-earth and friendly, which is reflected in the local dialect, called Osaka-ben. Osaka is best
known for its amazing casual food and outgoing locals. Osaka is also renowned for its fun,
extroverted people who make eating and drinking in the city an unforgettable experience.

FEATURE OF BANGKOTA
The pavilion will feature artworks and exhibits that reimagine the Filipino's nature as global citizens.
“Visitors will be looking at spectacular scenes of flying sculptures, bird-like motifs and murals,” explains
Pastor-Roces. “These will evoke the images of Filipino contract workers moving all around the world.
Dazzling large-scale installations. Taking inspiration from the island nation's pristine coral reefs, the
Philippines Pavilion is a multi-level collection of stacked, open-air mesh structures that curve around
palm trees, tropical gardens, and small exhibit areas.
