It is informed that the RFP for empanelment of Road Safety Consultants was floated on e-tender portal on 27.05.2022 with extended due date as 05.07.2022 and Technical Bid Opening date as 06.07.2022. In response to which 106 bids by 80 firms were received. The final round of evaluation of the bids has been carried out by the evaluation committee in accordance with RFP provisions and with the approval of Competent Authority, 19 teams of 16 firms were found to meet requisite criteria in the final round. 2, Accordingly, 16 firms having 19 teams are considered for empanelment as Safety Consultant (Final list of firms and their team members is enclosed as Annexure A). The empanelment of these 16 firms/19 teams will add to the existing list of 75 teams already empanelled as Safety Consultants vide Circular Nos. 12.21/2020 dated 19.06.2020, 12.24/2022 dated 13.01.2022 and 12.29/2023 dated 05.01.2023. 3.
