LEGAL OPINION

That The basis of aforesaid search carried out in the available Document’s 30 years
revenue record and after investigation of chain of title I found it has legally passed
from person to person and scrutiny of the documents related to the said property
produced before me I am on the opinion :-
That the chain of title is complete and legally
transferred from person to person and finally said property i.e. land bearing in Land
Gat No.456/1/6 Chakur Nagar Panchayat House No. 3685 And 3686 Plot No. 17
And Adm. 14*14 Each One Situated At Chakur Tq. Chakur Dist. latur. I have also
taken search with the Sub-registar Chakur of Assurances & record of Rights for last
30 years i.e. from 1993 to 2023. The applicant has produced the search receipt for
30 years from 1993 to 2023 Dated 18/11/2022 which is submitted herewith.
I certified that, Mr.Vijaykumar s/o Veerbhadra Usturge R/O
Chakur Tq. Chakur Dist. Latur has as an absolute, valid, clear and marketable title
over the aforesaid properties shown above.
